MyMotiveLife guide
Getting started with MyMotiveLife: build your Digital Twin in one sitting
July 31, 2026
This guide walks you from signup to your first useful day with MotiveLife.
1. Create your account
- Go to mymotivelife.com/register.
- Start the 14-day free trial.
- Use a real email you check — morning briefings matter more when you open them.
2. Tell MotiveLife about your life
During onboarding, share the basics your Twin needs:
- Career focus and current priorities
- Money pressure or goals (optional but powerful)
- Health / habit intentions
- What “a good week” looks like for you
You can refine this later. Incomplete is fine — the Twin improves as you talk.
3. Do one Voice Organize session
Open Voice Organize and speak for 60–90 seconds about what is on your mind.
Examples:
- “Ship the App Store listing before lunch, call the dentist, gym three times this week, review subscriptions.”
- “I am stressed about money and behind on sleep — I need one clear priority tomorrow.”
MotiveLife turns that into goals, tasks, and next actions. Do not edit while you talk — dump first, refine second.
4. Read your Daily Life Brief
Each morning, open Today / your Life Brief.
Look for:
- One priority (not ten)
- Estimated time and Life Score upside
- The button to start today’s mission
If the brief feels wrong, correct it with another short voice note. The Twin learns from corrections.
5. Check Life Score and Life Graph weekly
- Life Score shows momentum (and whether you are trending up).
- Life Graph shows how career, health, money, and habits connect.
Use weekly review to protect what is working and cut what is leaking attention.
6. Keep the loop short
Daily rhythm that works:
1. Morning: read the brief, start the one mission. 2. Midday: voice-capture anything new. 3. Evening: mark done, note one win.
That is enough. MotiveLife is built for compounding clarity — not another crowded dashboard.
7. Meet the MotiveLife suite
Named products inside one life OS:
- DayO — your day. Open it each morning. DayO manual
- LifeVue — your life in one view. Specialists still own the facts. LifeVue manual
- KINZO AI — family intelligence (/kinzo). Money does not live here. KINZO manual
- UPLIFT — North Star and this week’s moves. UPLIFT manual
- Kashu — pay plan, bills, Safe to Spend (/kashu). Set Buffers + Bills, then upload a statement so Kashu matches what you named. Kashu setup
- Vitalu — health facts / Vital Score. Vitalu manual
- VYRA AI — Chief of Staff. It consults specialists; it does not invent a second engine. VYRA manual
In the app, every module has How to set up, and the full hub is Help.
For money: open Kashu after signup. Typical paycheck and bills first, then a statement — no bank connection required. On a 3-pay biweekly month, say whether the last check is a bonus so later months stay honest.
