Life Graph guide: see how career, health, money, and habits connect
July 31, 2026
Life Graph is MotiveLife’s connected view of your life. Instead of isolated to-dos, you see how career, health, money, and habits move together — and where the next leverage sits.
Open Life Graph
Look for Life Graph / Your Life Map in the product. You will typically see domain scores, a next action per domain, Overall Life Score, and a weekly letter from your Chief of Staff.
Example shape:
- Career — next: ship a launch milestone
- Health — next: 30-min walk
- Money — next: review subscriptions
- Habits — streak status
How to read domain scores
- High score + clear next action = protect the streak, do not overcomplicate.
- Mid score = one focused fix this week beats a full reboot.
- Low score = shrink the next action until it is unavoidable (10 minutes counts).
Scores are a compass. The next line is the steering wheel.
Use the weekly letter
The Chief of Staff note is not fluff. Treat it as operating guidance:
- What moved the needle recently
- What to protect (often mornings / deep work)
- What to cut (extra maybes)
Rewrite that letter into your calendar: block the protected time, then Voice Organize anything that still competes.
Connecting domains on purpose
Ask weekly:
- If career ramps up, what health habit must stay non-negotiable?
- If money is tight, which subscription or impulse leaks first?
- If habits are strong, which career win should ride that energy?
Life Graph exists so those questions are visible — not buried in separate apps.
Practical weekly checklist
1. Open Life Graph once. 2. Note the lowest domain and its Next action. 3. Confirm the Daily Life Brief aligns with that leverage. 4. Capture one voice note if the map feels stale. 5. Recheck Overall Life Score trend at week’s end.
