Voice Organize guide: turn a brain dump into goals, tasks, and next actions
July 31, 2026
Voice Organize is how MotiveLife listens. You speak. AI turns the capture into memory, goals, tasks, and a next action — without forcing you to open five apps first.
When to use it
- Morning brain dump before you open email
- After a meeting when ideas are fresh
- When anxiety is loud and you need structure
- Weekly reset: say what worked and what slipped
How to run a strong capture
1. Tap the mic / start Voice Organize. 2. Speak for 60–90 seconds. 3. Include outcomes, not only feelings: “Ship X,” “Call Y,” “Gym 3x,” “Cancel Z.” 4. Stop. Let MotiveLife structure the capture. 5. Review the structured list: goals, tasks, Life GPS links.
Prompt starters
- “Here is everything on my mind for this week…”
- “My one career priority is… My health priority is…”
- “I spent money on… and I want to cut…”
- “I keep skipping workouts because…”
What good looks like
After a capture you should see:
- Clear goals and tasks (not a wall of transcript)
- Something ready on your Today dashboard
- Links to Life GPS / domains when relevant
If the structure is off, edit the tasks once — then say a shorter correction next time. The Twin learns your language.
Tips that improve quality
- Say names, dates, and numbers when you have them.
- Separate domains out loud: “Career… Health… Money…”
- End with: “My next action today is…”
- Prefer one long honest dump over five tiny fragments.
Mobile and iPad notes
On browsers without Web Speech, MotiveLife can record audio and transcribe with Whisper so Voice Organize still works. Allow microphone access when prompted.
After Voice Organize
1. Open Today and confirm the mission. 2. Complete one action before adding more. 3. Check Life Score later — completed missions compound.
